Gloucester County Health Department will be holding a Back to School Vaccine Clinic.
Vaccinations will include:
- Necessary vaccinations for Day Care and School Entry
- Tdap, Meningococcal, and HPV for rising 7th graders
- Meningococcal for rising 12 grades
Parents are asked to please bring a copy of your insurance card, proof of income, and your child's vaccination record.
The Back to School Immunization Clinic will be held on July 18th from 8:30am - 3:00pm at the Gloucester County Health Department located at 6882 Main Street, Gloucester, VA.
